Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in billing, invoicing, or dispatch operations (preferably in FMCG or food manufacturing).
Strong understanding of inventory management and dispatch documentation.
Experience using ERP or accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, QuickBooks).

Description
Prepare and issue invoices, delivery notes, and dispatch documents.
Check that all billing details (quantities, prices, taxes) are correct.
Match invoices with customer orders and dispatch sheets.
Record all dispatch and billing data in the system.
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics for smooth deliveries.
Ensure trucks are properly loaded according to invoices.
Keep organized records of all invoices and dispatch documents.
Track and reconcile daily dispatch and stock movements.
Prepare daily and weekly dispatch/billing reports.
Report any billing errors, stock shortages, or damages.
Handle customer billing queries and corrections.
