Description
- Within the jurisdiction .i.e. Kumasi Branch, the Branch Coordinator is to ensure the effective pickup and delivery/ distribution of packages.
- Understand customer delivery expectations and ensure that service level agreement with each customer is adhered to.
- Analyze and evaluate master manifest on a daily basis to inform strategy for all deliveries.
- Generate estimate for activities on a daily basis and submit to the account department for funds / financing.
- Remittance of all accounting documentation relating to cash received & cash disbursed on a weekly basis.
- Generate leads and cold call prospective customers
- Build relationships with new clients, evaluate their needs and develop proposals to address these needs
- Ensure staffs at the branch are performing optimally according to their various job description.
- Serve as a liaison between the branch and the HR office by reporting all grievances and concerns to the HR department.
- Ensure proper management of the office premises including liaising with property owners relating to all issues concerning our occupant.
