Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lecturer based in Tema Metropolitan District. The Lecturer will be responsible for preparing and delivering engaging and informative lectures, facilitating discussions, mentoring students, and assessing their progress. Additional responsibilities include curriculum development, conducting research, contributing to academic publications, and participating in departmental and institutional activities.

 

Qualifications

• Strong teaching, public speaking, and instructional skills


• Proficiency in curriculum development and academic research


• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and mentoring abilities


• Organizational and time management skills to balance teaching and administrative duties


• Proficiency in using instructional technology and digital tools for teaching


• Master's degree or higher in a relevant field


• Prior teaching or academic experience is advantageous


• Commitment to fostering a positive learning environment and supporting student development
