Description
- Responsible for the installation of Accounting Software marketed by the Company on Customer’s PC.
- Provide end user Training.
- Provide support to end-users for software marketed by our company.
- Setup Accounting Information Systems for Clients.
- Supervise inputs of client’s data to produce Trial Balance, Balance Sheet, Income-Expenditure reports.
- Configure Client Payroll Systems. Knowledge of Payroll Tax Calculations.
- Familiarity with Accounts Receivable and Payable Systems as well as Fixed Assets Systems.
- Stay up to date with product features and company support policies to maintain a high level of expertise and client service
