- Minimum of a 1st degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. - Additionally, a professional certification in Information Systems (IS) - Must have good working experience in Information Technology and Information Systems. - Must possess full competence/proficient in Microsoft Office with excellent Excel skills. - Appreciable knowledge of installation and configuration of Mac and Windows Operating Systems, Android and Apple mobile devices (Smartphones and tablets). - Ability to manage network devices (switches) PERSON SPECIFICATION - Strong autonomy to work well in a team. - Excellent listening and questioning skills, combined with the ability to interact confidently with teams to establish problems and propose solutions. - Project management skills with the ability to prioritize workload and pay attention to details.
