Responsibilities:

• Maintain and troubleshoot network infrastructure, including VLANs and core switches.


• Configure and monitor firewall systems to ensure security and compliance.


• Manage and support IP phone systems, focusing on Avaya technologies.


• Oversee attendance and door access systems to ensure functionality and security.


• Operate and maintain CCTV systems for monitoring and security purposes.


• Perform regular maintenance and backups for Hyper-V servers.


• Manage IT assets, including inventory control and maintenance schedules.


• Provide technical support and assistance to end-users as required.

Mandatory Skills:

1. Proficient in networking, configuring, and handling VLANs.


2. Experienced in core switch maintenance.


3. Familiarity with firewall administration (Sophos/MikroTik preferred).


4. Knowledge of IP phone systems, specifically Avaya.


5. Ability to manage attendance and door access systems.


6. Competence in CCTV operations.


7. Experience in Hyper-V server maintenance and backups.


8. Skilled in IT asset maintenance.
