As part of its continued growth and commitment to delivering advanced technology solutions, the organization is seeking a Solutions Architect to Support the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and efficient technology solutions by translating business requirements into well-structured system architectures that align with organizational and technical objectives. The professional will play a strategic role in designing and delivering scalable, secure, and high performing technology solutions that align with business objectives and enterprise architecture standards. The role is responsible for translating business requirements into robust technical solutions that support digital transformation, operational efficiency, and long-term organizational growth.Working closely with clients, business stakeholders, and technical teams, the Solutions Architect will lead the design of end-to-end solution architectures across multiple platforms and technologies. The role also plays a key part in presales engagements, including solution positioning, technical presentations, and proof-of-concept development, ensuring proposed solutions are both technically sound and commercially viable.In addition, the role provides technical leadership across project delivery, guiding engineering teams, evaluating emerging technologies, and ensuring adherence to best practices in architecture, security, integration, and governance. The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, bridging the gap between business needs and technical execution.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Solution Design & Architecture
• Develop end-to-end technical architectures, blueprints, and solution roadmaps.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with business and IT strategies.
• Define integration patterns across systems, applications, and platforms.
Presales & Solution Design
• Engage customers to understand business, regulatory, and security requirements
• Design end-to-end solutions aligned to industry best practices (Zero Trust, SOC, PAM, • SIEM, etc.)
• Develop solution architectures, technical proposals, and Bill of Quantities (BoQ)
• Lead technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts (PoCs)
Sales Enablement & Deal Support
• Partner with Sales team to qualify opportunities and define winning strategies
• Support RFP/RFI/RFQ responses with strong technical and commercial alignment
• Articulate value propositions, ROI, and risk mitigation benefits to C-level stakeholders
• Contribute to pipeline development and opportunity conversion
Customer Engagement
• Conduct technical assessments, workshops, and advisory sessions
• Serve as a trusted advisor to CIOs, CISOs, and IT leadership
• Translate complex technical concepts into business-relevant outcomes
OEM & Partner Management
• Work closely with to design competitive solutions
• Stay updated on product roadmaps, certifications, and pricing models
• Drive joint customer engagements and technical workshops
Stakeholder Engagement
• Collaborate with business leaders, product owners, and technical teams to gather and analyze requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear technical specifications and solution designs.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Technical Leadership
• Provide architectural guidance and oversight to development and engineering teams.
• Review system designs and code to ensure adherence to architectural standards.
• Support troubleshooting and resolution of complex technical issues.
Technology Evaluation & Innovation
• Evaluate and recommend appropriate technology stacks, tools, and platforms.
• Drive adoption of modern technologies including cloud platforms and microservices architecture.
• Stay up to date with emerging technology trends and best practices.
Risk Management & Governance
• Identify technical risks, performance bottlenecks, and security vulnerabilities.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture standards, policies, and regulatory requirements
• Implement governance frameworks for solution delivery.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 5+ Years as an IT Solutions Architect.
• Proven experience as a Solutions Architect, Technical Lead, or similar role
• Excellent interpersonal skills to bridge the gap between technical and non- technical • teams •
Experience with software development lifecycles (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Relevant experience in IT or software • Experience in cloud architecture and enterprise platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
• Strong background in system integration, API design, and micro services architecture
• Experience in designing secure and scalable enterprise solutions with a strong focus on cybersecurity best practices
• Proven involvement in presales engagements, including solution design, technical presentations, and supporting RFP/RFI responses
