The successful candidate will be pivotal in designing and delivering innovative solutions while supporting our sales team with technical expertise.
Areas of Specialty
- IT Systems and Network Engineering (CCNA/CCNP Certification, Windows Server, Linux)
- Network Security (Experience with Fortinet, Sophos, PaloAlto, SonicWall, etc.)
- Fortinet NSE Certifications (NSE 1, 2 & 3 Network Security Associate)
- IP Telephony Solutions (Grandstream, Avaya, Yealink, etc.)
- Computer Hardware and Systems Engineering
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Leading the Technical team to design and deploy wired and wireless enterprise network infrastructures.
- Configure and manage telephony and unified communication systems.
- Implement and oversee network security solutions using advanced security tools.
- Install and maintain IP surveillance (CCTV) systems.
- Develop and manage intrusion prevention and access control systems.
- Lead the implementation of call centre solutions.
- Provide expertise in collaboration and conferencing tools, including audio-visual and public address systems.
- Oversee structured cabling projects.
Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
- Professional certification in CCNA/CCNP, Fortinet NSE 1–3, or equivalent.
- Hands-on experience with Fortinet, Sophos, Palo Alto, or similar network security solutions.
- Proficiency in Windows Server, Linux, and IP telephony systems (Grandstream, Avaya, 3CX, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of structured cabling, CCTV, and access control solutions.
- Proven ability to lead technical teams and engage with clients during pre-sales phases.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to project execution.
