Qualifications
1. HND or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Previous experience in sales, particularly in inbound capacity, is a plus
3. Strong sales abilities, including proficiency in consultative selling techniques.
4. Experience using customer relationship management (CRM) software to track leads and sales.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with customers.
6. Ability to listen to customer needs and respond appropriately.
7. Capability to solve customer issues quickly and efficiently.
8. Ability to negotiate terms and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
9. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple leads and tasks simultaneously.
10. Flexible adapting to varying customer needs and changing market conditions.
11. Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across various departments to achieve common goals.
12. Comfortable working with technology and various software tools (e.g., email marketing platforms, sales enablement tools).

Description
The Inbound Sales Officer will respond to incoming sales inquiries, provide product information, and convert leads into sales. This role involves building relationships with potential customers, addressing their needs, and meeting sales targets.
- Assess inbound leads to determine their level of interest and readiness to purchase.
- Communicate with potential customers through various channels (phone, email, chat) to provide information and answer questions about products or services.
- Identify client needs and tailor product offerings to match, ensuring a personalized sales experience.
- Conduct demonstrations or presentations of products to showcase their benefits and features.
- Proactively follow up with leads who have shown interest but have not yet decided, using various communication methods.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions with potential clients in a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Work closely with marketing and other departments to align strategies and share feedback on customer insights.
- Convert qualified leads into sales by effectively addressing concerns and objections, and guiding clients through the purchase process.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities and results, helping to inform strategy and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay informed about industry trends, customer demand, and competitor offerings to effectively position the company’s products.
- Participate in sales training sessions to continually enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Gather customer feedback post-sale to assess satisfaction levels and identify potential areas for product or service improvement.
