1. Assist in coordinating all materials importation (Air and Sea) Logistics and Administration (Exemption applications for import duty payments and import customs documentation processes) for the company.


2. Assist in coordinating all export forwarding processes through Ghana customs, Governmental Regulatory Agencies in the port, GPHA and others.


3. Assist in coordinating monitoring and Tracking of all shipments/vessels at transit ports and on inland waters and airport


4. Preparations of weekly and monthly shipping, Logistics and Administrative reports with excel database.


5. Ensures the utilisation of cost effective Logistics to enable timely customs clearance and inland transportation services.


6. Others that duties that you may be assigned with that relates with the primary functions
