We are a well-established manufacturing company committed to operational excellence, innovation, and workforce development. As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager to lead our human resources function and support our people-focused initiatives.

Role Overview
The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes within the factory. This includes talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compliance, training and development, and HR policy implementation. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment and a deep understanding of labor laws and workforce dynamics.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business objectives


• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies for factory staff


• Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary processes


• Ensure compliance with labor laws, health & safety regulations, and company policies


• Lead performance management processes and support leadership in staff development


• Design and implement training and development programs


• Manage payroll coordination, compensation, and benefits administration


• Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports for management


• Promote a positive workplace culture and employee engagement
