Qualifications
• Experience: Minimum 7 years of comprehensive experience in HR and administrative management, with at least 3+ years of international exposure in managing HR functions across diverse regions.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree with HR certification is preferred.
• Certifications: Professional HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, CIPD, or similar) are highly desirable.
• Language Skills: Proficiency and strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, are required.
• Global Mindset: Demonstrated success in managing HR functions across multiple countries and cultures. Ability to understand and respect local customs, while implementing global HR policies.
• Technology Proficiency: Strong experience with HRIS, payroll systems, MS Office, and various administrative tools. Familiarity with modern HR tech solutions is an advantage.

Description
Insight HR Solutions is mandated by one of its reputable clients to recruit an HR & Admin Manager for immediate employment. The office will be located in Accra.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources Management:
- Strategic HR Leadership:
- Lead HR initiatives and contribute to the development of HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Partner with senior leadership and international stakeholders to understand and address HR needs and align HR practices with company objectives.
- Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning:
- Oversee the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of top-tier talent, ensuring alignment with global staffing needs.
- Develop and implement effective workforce planning strategies to meet the company’s evolving business demands, considering international and regional talent pools.
- Employee Relations & Engagement:
- Drive employee engagement programs to create a positive work culture and improve retention rates.
- Address employee concerns and mediate complex disputes, working towards resolutions that align with company values and legal requirements.
- Performance Management:
- Oversee the performance management cycle, ensuring clear goal setting, regular feedback, and continuous professional development.
- Manage the implementation of performance appraisal systems and processes, including coaching managers to improve team productivity and growth.
- Training & Development:
- Design and implement training programs to enhance employees’ skills, leadership capabilities, and job performance.
- Collaborate with international stakeholders to identify learning needs and build a global training framework.
- Maintain knowledge of emerging trends in HR and organizational development.
- Compensation & Benefits Management:
- Oversee and optimize compensation structures, ensuring alignment with industry standards and organizational budgets.
- Work closely with senior leadership and international HR teams to design competitive benefits packages tailored to diverse markets.
- Compliance & Policy Development:
- Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws, regulations, and company policies across all regions.
- Update and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are aligned with global standards and changing legal requirements.
Administrative Management:
- Office Management & Facilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day administrative operations, including office management, facilities management, and logistics support across all locations.
- Ensure smooth coordination between various administrative functions, including travel, procurement, and office supplies, to support business continuity.
- Vendor Management:
- Manage relationships with third-party service providers, including office suppliers, facilities management, and outsourced HR functions.
- Negotiate contracts, ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met, and monitor vendor performance to ensure cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
- Health & Safety Compliance:
- Ensure the company complies with health, safety, and environmental regulations across all locations, creating and implementing policies to maintain a safe working environment.
- Conduct regular safety audits and ensure employees are trained on safety protocols and emergency procedures.
Decision-Making & Leadership:
- Independent Decision-Making:
- Act autonomously and make quick, well-informed decisions related to HR and administrative matters in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Use your sound judgment and analytical skills to address complex HR issues, from staffing to conflict resolution, ensuring that decisions support both employee satisfaction and business objectives.
- International Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Collaborate with senior leaders, department heads, and global HR teams across different countries to align HR and admin processes with business goals.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure global consistency in HR policies and practices, while respecting local nuances and cultural differences.
