Job Summary:
The Training, Recruitment, and HR Consultancy Manager oversees recruitment, employee development, and HR advisory services. This role involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes, designing and implementing training programs, and providing strategic HR solutions. The ideal candidate will be a skilled HR professional with expertise in both people management and strategic HR planning, ensuring organizational growth and workforce development.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment Management
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates for diverse roles for our client.
- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, applicant screening, interviews, and selection procedures.
- Oversee recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire) and ensure continuous improvement.
2. Training and Development
- Assess organizational and employee development needs and design training programs accordingly.
- Create and implement learning and development programs, including onboarding, leadership development, skills training, and compliance training.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, surveys, and performance assessments.
- Provide coaching and guidance to employees to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Manage the training budget and ensure cost-effective program delivery.
3. HR Consultancy and Advisory Services
- Provide HR consultancy services to clients or internal stakeholders, including policy development, workforce planning, and employee relations.
- Advise on and develop HR policies and practices to align with organizational goals and compliance requirements.
- Conduct HR assessments to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for optimized HR practices.
- Support change management initiatives, providing insights and training to foster smooth transitions.
- Act as a subject matter expert on HR trends and best practices, advising stakeholders on relevant HR strategies.
Marketing and Expansion
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and external recruitment agencies and platforms to promote long-lasting partnerships.
