JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dynamic and professional Female Human Resource & Talent Manager to lead our HR operations, drive talent management strategies, and support a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate should be passionate about people, possess strong leadership skills, and have a deep understanding of HR best practices.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company’s goals.


• Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent.


• Manage employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary procedures.


• Design and execute training, coaching, and career development programs.


• Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and employee records in compliance with Ghana Labour Law.


• Coordinate payroll, leave administration, and employee benefits.


• Foster a positive organizational culture that promotes employee engagement and productivity.


• Lead workforce planning, succession management, and talent retention programs.


• Prepare and present HR reports to management on key metrics (turnover, attendance, performance, etc.).


• Ensure compliance with all statutory and legal HR requirements.
