Job Summary:
The HR & Administrative Manager will be responsible for leading and coordinating all human resource and administrative functions of the company. This role involves developing and implementing effective HR policies, overseeing recruitment and employee relations, ensuring compliance with labour laws, and maintaining efficient administrative systems to support smooth business operations. The ideal candidate must be proactive, results-oriented, and demonstrate strong leadership and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, review, and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems in line with company objectives.
- Oversee the recruitment, selection, onboarding, and retention of qualified employees.
- Manage performance appraisal processes and ensure continuous staff development and training.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters professionally and confidentially.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR database, and statutory documentation.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
- Advise management on strategic HR issues and workforce planning.
- Supervise the administrative team and ensure efficient office operations and facility management.
- Oversee procurement of office supplies and ensure cost-effective administrative support.
- Coordinate logistics, travel, and event planning for staff and management.
- Ensure timely renewal of statutory licenses, business permits, and insurance policies.
- Manage company assets, inventory, and ensure proper documentation.
- Support management in ensuring a safe, secure, and conducive working environment.
- Prepare and present HR and administrative reports to management.
- Coordinate inter-departmental communication to enhance collaboration and efficiency.
- Support the implementation of strategic initiatives that promote organizational culture and productivity.
