To oversee Recruitment of Management Trainees, Technical StaƯ and Management StaƯ.
To coordinate with Labour Contractors to ensure Casual / Contract employees are in place as per the production plan.
Impart appropriate induction and orientation training.
To manage Employee relations
To oversee and implement Performance Management System
To administer Compensation and Benefits for Permanent StaƯ, and Casuals, Contractor Employees and Management Trainees.
To ensure legal compliance in all Payroll process.
To oversee the Time oƯice / Bio-Metric attendance functions.
To carry out relevant required employee engagement functions, as and when required.
To handle all Employee grievances including Contractor labors and mitigate the issues raised. To foster a positive company culture.
