Description
Human Resource Management:
- Design, implement, and manage performance management systems, including:
- Developing appraisal frameworks.
- Facilitating feedback sessions to enhance employee performance and development.
- Monitoring employee progress and setting actionable improvement plans.
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment and hiring process, including:
- Job posting, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Collaborating with department heads to understand talent needs.
- Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and industry standards.
- Manage employee relations, addressing grievances and ensuring a positive work environment.
- Lead training and development initiatives to upskill employees and align them with organizational goals.
- Monitor and administer employee benefits, compensation, and payroll processes in collaboration with the finance team.
Administrative Leadership:
- Oversee the daily operations of the administrative team to ensure smooth functioning of the office environment.
- Manage budgets related to administrative activities and optimize operational expenses.
- Ensure proper maintenance of organizational records, including employee files, vendor agreements, and compliance documentation.
- Coordinate logistics for company meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
- Lead the implementation of office automation tools to enhance efficiency.
Strategic Planning, Compliance and Reporting:
- Partner with senior leadership to align HR and administrative strategies with business objectives.
- Provide regular reports and insights on HR metrics, including turnover rates, performance outcomes, and recruitment progress.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and legal requirements, conducting regular audits to mitigate risks.
Team Leadership:
- Supervise and mentor HR and administrative staff, fostering a culture of growth and accountability.
- Develop and implement KPIs for the HR and admin teams to track progress and improve outcomes.
