To drive Equity People Capability and operationalize the Equity People Strategy that will result in value-added service to Equity management and employees that reflect the business objectives of the Equity Business.  This includes formulating strong business partnerships, strategic thinking on building and maintaining a robust talent pipeline, on-boarding, development, performance management, culture and engagement across the equity system.  Successful execution will ensure best practice in building people capability to be leveraged across the system.
