We are looking for a dedicated HR Assistant with a background in factory or industrial environments to support our HR department. This role will involve assisting with day-to-day HR activities, including employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in HR within a factory or manufacturing setting. Key Responsibilities Assist with recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, and coordinating interviews for factory roles. Support the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring all documentation is complete and orientation is conducted efficiently. Assist with maintaining accurate employee records and data entry into HR systems. Help to coordinate and track employee training and development programs. Support employee relations initiatives, acting as a liaison between staff and management in the factory. Assist with time and attendance tracking and resolve any discrepancies. Ensure compliance with labor laws and health and safety regulations within the factory environment. Help to manage HR administrative tasks such as preparing contracts, letters, and reports. Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures in line with company and legal standards. Assist in organizing and coordinating employee engagement activities within the factory.
