JOB VACANCY – JUNIOR HUMAN RESOURCE OFFICER

 

An operator in the Quick Service Restaurants (QSR) in Ghana is looking for a recent graduate to fill the position of Human Resource Officer to join its HR Team in Accra.

 

Core Purpose of the Job

The purpose of this position is to assist the HR Manager in all HR functions within the Generalist framework of HR.  Ensuring that all Systems, Procedures and Policies are implemented and adhered to as per the company’s guidelines.

 

Core Responsibilities

• Recruitment and Onboarding of Team Members following all SOPs.


• Payroll Management


• Coordinate the Organization of all Interviews


• Be a trusted advisor on all HR matters and provide first line solutions to all employee queries to HR


• Ensure Accurate/Full Pre-employment documentation for all new Hires


• Ensure accurate filing of all human resource documents.


• Keep employees records confidential and updated daily.


• To ensure that company Policy and Procedures are strictly adhered to by staff.


• Make sure that welfare and benefits needs are dealt with promptly.


• Prepare varied monthly HR reports including HRMIS


• Management of Company’s HRMIS


• Any other duties assigned by Management.

Salary Range: GHS 1,000.00 as Basic Salary
