* Assist with job postings, candidate sourcing and interview scheduling.
* Coordinate new hire orientation, paperwork and benefits enrollment.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, files and databases.
* Assist with benefits enrollment, changes and terminations.
* Provide support for employee inquiries, concerns and conflicts.
* Ensure adherence to labor laws, regulations and company policies.
* Assist with HR-related reporting and data analysis.
