Main Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the compensation of employee including the
organizing, planning and implementing of salary calculation
according company compensation policy;
2. According the monthly payroll sheet to prepare the following
sheet:
A. Employee monthly tax deduction schedule (PAYE)
B. Monthly social security contribution(SSNIT)
C. Petra member contribution data sheet (Petra Trust)
3. Responsible for maintaining formal staff data
4. Pay-slip preparation and issuing
1) Pay-slip preparation and issuing should be done before 5 th of
each month
5. Responsible for employee weekly attendance information week
6. To conduct auditing of employee personal file management and fill the
auditing result in daily report, the mainly checking points are as below:
7. Responsible for managing office supplies and purchasing order
information collection
1) To establish office supplies inventory and conduct monthly inventory
checking
2) To keep office supplies issuing record on file.
8.Perform other duties assigned by HRS,HRM,HRBP
