Role Overview:
The Executive Assistant to the General Manager provides high-level administrative support to the GM, handling confidential matters, scheduling meetings, managing communications, preparing reports, and coordinating departmental functions. This role acts as the primary point of contact between the GM and internal/external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the GM’s calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
Attend meetings with or on behalf of the GM and prepare meeting minutes or action plans.
Screen and prioritize incoming emails, calls, and other communications.
Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for the GM and visiting executives.
Track deadlines, follow up on action items, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Serve as a liaison between the GM and internal departments or external partners.
Maintain filing systems and ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information.
Assist in the preparation and review of company policies, procedures, and internal reports.
