A multinational corporation is looking for a detail oriented and effective individual to fill the position of an HR Executive to support the HR team in various administrative tasks.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Assist with job postings, candidate sourcing, scheduling interviews, and maintaining applicant records.
2. Coordinate new hire orientation, paperwork, and benefits enrollment.
3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, both physical and digital.
4. Assist with benefits enrollment, changes, and terminations.
5. Help with payroll processing, including data entry and reconciliations.
6. Ensure adherence to labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
7. Provide excellent customer service to employees, management, and external partners.
8. Generate reports on HR metrics, such as turnover rates, training participation, and employee engagement.
9. Assist with various HR initiatives, like employee events, training programs, and policy updates.
10. Update employee information, job titles, and other relevant details.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resource management with one or two years of experience
- Able to handle ground-level HR tasks such as distributing and collecting attendance sheets
- Familiarity with hiring processes will be an added advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Knowledgeable in payroll processes
- Capable of writing letters, notices, and other formal documents
