Room Cleaning & Maintenance

• Clean, service, and prepare guest rooms daily according to set standards


• Change bed linens, towels, and replenish guest amenities


• Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and mop floors


• Clean and sanitize bathrooms thoroughly


• Report any maintenance issues or room defects promptly

Public Area Cleaning

• Clean and maintain corridors, lobbies, stairways, and entrances


• Ensure all public spaces are neat, tidy, and presentable at all times


• Maintain cleanliness in staff and back-of-house areas


• Report damages or safety hazards immediately

Laundry & Linen Management

• Collect, sort, and send guest and hotel laundry for processing


• Ensure proper handling and storage of clean linen


• Replace used linen with clean supplies as required

Guest Service

• Respond promptly and politely to guest requests (e.g., towels, toiletries)


• Respect guest privacy and handle belongings professionally


• Maintain a courteous and helpful attitude at all times

Health & Safety

• Follow hygiene, sanitation, and safety procedures strictly


• Use cleaning chemicals responsibly and according to guidelines


• Maintain compliance with housekeeping standards and protocols
