House Keeping Jobs Information
Key Responsibilities:
∙Maintain receipts, records, and withdrawals of the storeroom
∙Receive, upload and shelve supplies
∙Inspect deliveries for damages or discrepancies, report those to accounting for
reimbursements and records keeping
∙Rotate stock and coordinate the disposal of surpluses
∙Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels
and maintain inventory control
∙Maintain records of goods ordered and received.
∙Manage stock levels and suggest key decisions about stock control.
∙Prepare weekly and monthly inventory related reports to the Purchasing Manager.
Qualifications:
∙Bachelor’s degree in related fields
∙Experience of managing an inventory database
∙Minimum of 2 years’ experience in storekeeping
∙Knowledge of store/inventory procedures including methods of proper storage, filing and
inventory management
∙Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel PowerPoint etc)
