A reputable resort located in Akosombo is seeking to recruit a Housekeeper to join its team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, public areas, and facilities, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment for all guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to a high standard
Change bed linens, towels, and replenish guest supplies as needed
Report any maintenance issues or damages to management
Ensure that all areas are stocked with the necessary cleaning supplies
Assist in the laundry department when needed
Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction by providing excellent service
Follow all resort cleaning protocols and health & safety guidelines
Requirements:
Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles is preferred
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication skills and a positive attitude
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
