• Oversee the daily operations of the hotel and safari, including guest services, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and administrative functions


• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining exceptional service standards, handling guest inquiries and complaints, and fostering a welcoming environment


• Recruit, train, and supervise hotel staff. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing training and development


• Develop and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement cost-saving measures


• Oversee the planning and execution of events and functions held at the hotel


• Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract guests. Work with the sales team to promote the hotel and safari, and identify new business opportunities


• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, hotel policies, and quality standards
