Key Responsibilities:• Develop, implement, and monitor site-specific health and safety policies.• Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and incident investigations.• Ensure all workers comply with statutory safety regulations and internal policies.• Organize and lead safety induction and training sessions for staff and contractors.• Regularly inspect tools, equipment, and work areas to identify hazards.• Recommend corrective actions and enforce safety compliance on-site.• Prepare and submit safety reports and accident logs to management.• Serve as the primary point of contact for occupational health and safety issues.• Coordinate emergency drills and ensure preparedness measures are in place.• Collaborate with project teams to integrate safety into construction planning.
