JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer with a strong marketing background to join our
team, a leading soap and detergent manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for
creating visually compelling designs that align with our brand identity and marketing strategies. This role
requires a blend of creative design skills, marketing knowledge, and the ability to translate product
features into engaging visual content that drives customer engagement and sales.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Graphic Design:
-Design and produce high-quality visual content for both digital and print media, including
product packaging, brochures, banners, social media graphics, advertisements, and promotional
materials.
-Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across all marketing materials, ensuring
alignment with the company’s vision and values.
-Create visually appealing product labels and packaging designs that comply with industry
regulations and appeal to target audiences.
-Collaborate with the product development team to design prototypes and mockups for new
product launches.
-Edit and retouch images to ensure high-quality visuals for marketing campaigns.
2.Marketing Support:
-Work closely with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns that
promote our soap and detergent products.
-Assist in the development of marketing collateral, including email templates, website graphics,
and social media posts.
-Create infographics and data visualizations to communicate product benefits, usage instructions,
and market trends.
-Support the planning and execution of product launches, trade shows, and promotional events by
designing relevant materials.
-Analyze market trends and competitor designs to ensure our visuals remain innovative and
competitive.
3.Digital Media:
-Design and optimize graphics for digital platforms, including websites, social media, and email
campaigns.
-Create engaging animations or short videos for social media platforms (e.g., Instagram,
Facebook, TikTok) to showcase product features and promotions.
-Ensure all digital designs are responsive and optimized for various devices and platforms.
4.Collaboration & Communication:
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to
ensure design projects meet business objectives.
-Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback to refine designs.
-Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising
quality.
5.Brand Management:
-Maintain and update the company’s brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
-Monitor the use of the brand in external communications and provide guidance to ensure
compliance with brand standards.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
-Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience:
-Minimum of 3-5 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in the FMCG (Fast-
Moving Consumer Goods), manufacturing industry or advertising agency.
-Experience in packaging design, especially for consumer products, is a plus.
-Proven track record of creating successful marketing campaigns with measurable results.
Skills:
-Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
and other relevant tools.
-Strong understanding of marketing principles and the ability to translate them into visually
appealing designs.
-Excellent typography, layout, and color theory skills.
-Basic knowledge of video editing and animation tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.
-Strong communication and presentation skills.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
-Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
