The Digital Marketing and Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing our digital marketing and social media strategy in order to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. You will be working closely with the marketing and content teams to create engaging content, manage our social media accounts, analyze performance metrics, and engage with our audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Strategy:
Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
- Content Creation and Management:
Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written) across various social media platforms.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Community Engagement:
Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a “Social” way while cultivating leads and sales.
Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy.
- Analytics and Reporting:
Analyze key metrics and tweak strategy as needed.
Compile reports showing ROI and provide insights for improvement.
- Influencer Outreach:
Develop and expand community and/or influencer outreach efforts.
Coordinate with influencers for brand promotion.
