- Oversee all accounting functions, including bookkeeping, financial reporting, and tax compliance.
- Review and approve financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Manage payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate payments to employees.
- Handle SSNIT contributions and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training processes for new hires.

- Monitor industry trends and market dynamics to adapt business strategies accordingly.
- Work closely with the design and production teams to align product offerings with market demands.
