Job Summary
The Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market coverage, and maintaining strong customer relationships within the FMCG sector. The role requires a proactive individual with proven field sales experience and ownership of a reliable vehicle to effectively manage daily market operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers
- Achieve monthly sales targets and volume objectives
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory
- Ensure product availability, visibility, and proper merchandising in all outlets
- Implement company pricing, promotions, and trade activities
- Monitor competitor activities and provide regular market feedback
- Manage order taking, invoicing, and timely delivery coordination
- Follow up on payments and ensure efficient debt collection
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum of 2–5 years’ experience in FMCG sales
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Strong knowledge of distribution channels and route-to-market strategies
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and handle pressure
- Must own a reliable car (mandatory) with a valid driver’s license
- Good knowledge of the assigned territory
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools

Salary : NEGOTIABLE
