JOB SUMMARY:

Execute sales activities including lead follow-up, customer presentations and order management to support revenue targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Follow up on marketing-generated leads within 15-minute response target


• Conduct customer needs assessment and solution presentations


• Participate in joint site visits with estimation team


• Maintain regular customer communication throughout project lifecycle


• Process customer orders and coordinate internal handoffs


• Update CRM system with accurate customer and opportunity data


• Support senior representatives on complex deals


• Participate in sales training and development programs


• Assist with trade show participation and lead generation events


• Achieve assigned sales targets and activity metrics

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma required, bachelor's degree preferred


• Minimum 1 year sales or customer service experience


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Basic understanding of construction or roofing preferred


• Proficiency with basic computer applications
