KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and execute comprehensive business strategy and annual operating plans


• Lead executive team in achieving organizational objectives and KPIs


• Ensure operational excellence across all workflow stages from scouting to customer service


• Drive revenue growth and profitability targets


• Foster innovation and continuous improvement initiatives


• Build and maintain key customer and supplier relationships


• Represent company at industry events and stakeholder meetings


• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety requirements


• Lead organizational culture development and employee engagement


• Oversee major capital investments and strategic initiatives

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field


• Minimum 12 years progressive leadership experience in construction/manufacturing


• Proven track record of P&L management and business growth


• Strong understanding of roofing systems and construction industry


• Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills


• Experience managing teams of 50+ employees

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Master's degree (MBA or Engineering)


• Professional certifications in project management or industry standards


• Experience with digital transformation and process optimization


• Bilingual capabilities (English and local local languages)

WORKING CONDITIONS:

• Office-based with regular site visits


• Travel within Ghana for business development and operations oversight


• Flexible hours including occasional evenings and weekends
