1. Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Technical/Vocational Training, or related field. 2. Proven hands-on experience in solar PV installation and maintenance. 3. Strong knowledge of solar panels, inverters, batteries, wiring, and mounting systems. 4. Previous training, coaching, or instructor experience is an advantage. 5. Good understanding of electrical safety standards and site safety procedures. 6. Ability to demonstrate practical installation techniques clearly. 7. Strong communication and presentation skills. 8. Problem-solving and troubleshooting ability for solar system issues. 9. Willingness to travel to project sites for on-site training. 10. Relevant solar or technical certifications are an added advantage.

We are seeking an experienced On-Site Solar Installation Trainer to train technicians and field staff on solar panel installation, system maintenance, safety procedures and best practices.
