Minimum Five (5) years Relevant Experience as an Energy, Utilities, Engineering and Project Management in a manufacturing environment.  Bachelor's degree; Project Management; Engineering; Energy sustainability & Water or related technical field.  Proven ability to lead teams of employees in a technical/project field.  Ability to communicate effectively and establish rapport with employees at all levels.  Project management skills.  Problem solving skills.  Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, general computer usage and electronic file management. Knowledge on safety is an advantage Knowledge on TPM is an advantage

Monitors and manages the energy efficiency of the organization by
implementing conservation measures, monitor energy consumption, assess 
business decisions for energy sustainability and seek out opportunities for 
increasing energy efficiency. This is done by liaising with all internal and external 
sources. Supports the Top Management in the Energy Policies and Guidelines issues.
