• Handle the completion of service requests (preventive or corrective) on all electrical or other assets assigned to according to scope of work, typical as following but not limited to:
  
  
  
  1. Generator 10KVA to 15 KVA, Automatic Voltage Regulator (AVR), Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS), In-Country Power Supply Transformers & LV Lines, Earthing System, Battery Backup System, Power Distribution Box, fuses, breakers, surge arresters, etc.
  
  
  2. Electrical and Civil components of the site, including commercial power.
  
  
  3. Site security and lighting system (where applicable).
  
  
  4. Ensures that preventive or corrective maintenance is performed according to procedures and checklists agreed and all issues are permanently closed.
  
  
  5. Proper cleaning and janitorial services of the sites and assets.
  
  
  6. Decommissioning, installation, troubleshooting, and any fault in the electrical equipment.
  
  
  7. Handle any other work assigned to from time to time according to scope of work.
  
  
  
  


• Schedule and executes the preventive / routine maintenance jobs on all equipment under his/her assignment.
