Requirements:

• Degree in Education or related field from a recognized institution ; Master’s degree is a plus 


• Previous experience as a Principal or in a similar role


• Knowledge of school administrative processes and GES educational regulations


• Hands-on experience with MS Office and education management systems 


• Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills.


• Must be able to take initiative, anticipate problems and find solutions.


• Must be ready and willing to be trained.


• Must have very good computer and organizational skills.


• Uphold the vision of the school with pride and ensure that the school meets the relevant international standards.


• A teaching license is mandatory

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operation of the School.


• Set learning goals for students and teachers based on national curricula


• Present data from school performance to board members


• Create Policies and Develop curricula which conform to international standards.


• Ensure that the facility is well-maintained.


• Manage petty cash as well as financial transactions and prepare budgets.


• Support with School Management Software , School Website And Social Media


• Monitor and report on teacher performance & Research new resources and techniques to improve teaching


• Confer with teachers about curriculum, mission, policies and goals 


• Meet with parents and community members as well as discussing student progress and behavior


• Ensuring that academic policies and curriculum are followed


• Developing and tracking benchmarks for measuring institutional success


• Observing and overseeing job performance and writing reviews and recommendations


• Developing and implementing curriculum standards 


• Ensures that learners have the best educational experience possible


• Conduct periodic evaluations to identify areas that need improvement
