• Must hold a Bachelors Degree in Basic Education or Administration a relevant field from a recognized institution


• Must have in-depth knowledge of teaching methods and also headed a school before.


• Must have outstanding written and verbal communication skills.


• Top notch written and spoken communication skills to relay information and descalate issues if the need arises.


• Must be capable of training staff when needed


• Must be able to organize school programs and events with creativity and a sense of school community building. 


• Must be proactive and knowledgeable in running the day to day operations of a school. 


• Must be open-minded and tech savvy.


• Must have 4 or more years experience heading a school


• Must have GES Curriculum knowledge


• Must be creative and innovative.


• Must have very good computer  and organisational skills.
