Qualification and Experience
1. Applicants must possess Master’s Degree in Education, Business Administration (Human
Resource Management) or a related field;
2. Over three (3) years post qualification experience in higher education administration;
3. Strong oranisation and analytical skills;
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
5. Ability to write Minutes and Reports;
6. Ability to work independently, and a part of a team.
The following qualifications will be an advantage:
1. Experienced in students’ information systems (SIS)
2. Knowledge of accreditation standards and regulatory requirements
3. Familiarity with academic policies and procedures.

Description
The Deputy Registrar is responsible for supporting the Registrar in the administration of students’ records, academic affairs, and institutional operations.
The Deputy Registrar will assist in maintaining the integrity of academic records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing excellent customer service to students, faculty, and staff.
