Key Responsibilities;

1. Safely drive the assigned executive and authorized staff to meetings, appointments and other official duties.

2. Ensure punctual pickup and drop-off at designated locations

3. Plan efficient travel routes to avoid delays

4. Ensure the assigned vehicle is always clean and in good working condition

5. Conduct daily vehicle inspections (fuel, oil, brakes, tires, lights etc)

6. Report any mechanical issues promptly and coordinate repairs when necessary

7. Adhere to all traffic rules and company driving policies

8. Maintain strict confidentiality regarding company matters

9. Present a professional appearance and demonstrate courteous behaviour at all times

10. Support administrative tasks when requested
