JOB SUMMARY: Leads strategic business development initiatives including partnerships, new market development, and major account management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop and execute business development strategy and partnerships
• Identify and pursue new market opportunities and segments
• Lead major account development and strategic customer relationships
• Negotiate strategic partnerships and alliance agreements
• Oversee government relations and public sector opportunities
• Support merger and acquisition evaluation and integration
• Lead strategic planning and market expansion initiatives
• Represent company at industry associations and strategic events
• Coordinate with operations on capacity and capability development
• Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape for opportunities
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 7 years business development or strategic planning experience
• Strong negotiation and relationship building skills
• Understanding of construction industry value chain and dynamics
• Experience with partnership development and management
