Role Overview:
The Digital Marketing Lead will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive website and App traffic, and
generate leads. This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and technical expertise to effectively reach our target audience through various digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategy Development:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business
goals.
- Identify target audiences and create segmented marketing campaigns to reach them effectively.
- Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
2. Campaign Management:
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (e.g., SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, display advertising).
- Manage and oversee paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
- Ensure all campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and meet predefined KPIs.
3. Content Creation:
- Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and relevant content for various digital platforms.
- Oversee the development of high-quality visuals, videos, and other multimedia content.
4. Analytics and Reporting:
- Track and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, brandwatch or other relevant software.
- Generate detailed reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Utilize data-driven approaches to refine and optimize marketing strategies.
5. Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, encouraging continuous learning and development
6. Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and customer support to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts.
- Partner with external agencies and vendors as needed to enhance marketing initiatives.
