Our client a multinational company wants to employ the service of a Social Media Marketer. The social media marketer is responsible for creating and implementing a company's social media strategy to build brand awareness, engage with customers, and drive website traffic and sales.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Developing and executing social media marketing campaigns across platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
2. Creating high-quality content (posts, images, videos, stories) that resonates with the target audience
3. Managing and scheduling content using social media management tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.)
4. Analyzing engagement metrics (likes, comments, shares, etc.) and adjusting strategies accordingly
5. Running social media ads (Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) to reach target audiences
6. Staying up to date with the latest social media trends and algorithm changes
7. Monitoring brand mentions and responding to customer inquiries and concerns
8. Reporting on social media performance to stakeholders
9. Identifying opportunities for influencer partnerships and brand collaborations.
Salary Range: GHC 1,200 (NEGOTIABLE)
