A modern retail mall in Takoradi, is seeking a dynamic and experienced expat to serve in the capacity of Deputy General Manager to support the General Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations and strategic direction of the business. The role is integral to ensuring operational excellence across our retail spaces, multi-purpose hall, and lounge services while delivering an exceptional shopping and entertainment experience to our patrons.

Key responsibilities:
 

• Monitor inventory management, ensuring optimal stock levels and supply chain efficiency.


• Supervise the maintenance of the facility, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, safety, and functionality.


• Assist the General Manager in developing and implementing strategic initiatives to drive business growth.


• Analyze financial performance, preparing regular reports and recommendations for management


• Develop and execute customer-centric initiatives to attract and retain patrons.


• Enhance the visibility and appeal of the organization through community engagement and brand partnerships.


• Ensure compliance with all legal, safety, and regulatory requirements.


• Prepare detailed operational and performance reports for the General Manager and executive team.
