Job Summary

The Manager, Cleaning and Maintenance will oversee all cleaning and maintenance operations of ElectroMens Cleaning and Maintenance. This role involves managing a team, coordinating schedules, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and lead a team of cleaning and maintenance staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
Develop and implement cleaning and maintenance schedules to ensure consistent service quality.
Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Conduct regular inspections to uphold cleanliness and maintenance standards.

Salary: Competitive, based on experience
