Provide coaching and training on customer service standards
Monitor staff performance and ensure adherence to company policies
Identify opportunities to improve customer experience in stores
Work closely with shop managers to address service gaps
Prepare regular reports on customer service performance and trends
Track customer feedback, complaints, and service metrics
Provide recommendations to management for service improvement
Implement initiatives to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction
