Description
- Responsible for all the task related to post sales up to handover stage.
- Responsible for project updates, payment reminders, cancellations and complaint resolution etc..
- Responsible for timely and accurate responses to customer service requests (Complaint/ request/ query) over phone, emails and face to face
- Coordinate with other functions on critical customer queries
- Coordinate with the sales team and civil team for smooth day to day work
- Ensure completion of all related documentation and activities to ensure seamless handover
- Engage with customers on a regular basis, understand reasons for any potential cancellations and provide suggestions/solutions to minimize the same.
- Provide inputs to management based on data and customer requirement & feedback
