GENERAL SCOPE AND PURPOSE OF THE JOB
The primary goal of this position is to provide efficient data system support for the Customer Service and operational teams through the use of internal systems based on client information. This role also involves assisting these teams with quality control, compliance management, and reporting through various ongoing processes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the WINREST aspects of customer service needs, offering support for updates to client information systems as necessary.
- Create datasheets and recipes to support the customer service and operational teams, ensuring updates to the system are executed when required.
- Update Customer Service information and data, making necessary changes to product information and standardizing data as appropriate.
- Assist in preparing reports, analyze customer service data, identify recurring issues, and propose and develop solutions for process improvements.
- Provide support to the front-line Customer Service team by supplying necessary documentation and information.
- Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., logistics, sales, finance) by providing data to resolve customer issues.
- Complete customer documentation, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with company and service standards.
- Support daily quality and compliance verifications, controls, and other scheduled check processes on the floor.
- Assist the Customer Service Operations (CSO) team to ensure that WINREST is effectively utilized, understood, and updated according to standards. Recommend corrective actions and provide training as needed.
